Yes, you can add as many housekeepers as you like to a Property. If you use the same housekeeper for multiple properties, you can add the same housekeeper to multiple properties.
Automatebnb will automatically cancel the cleaning for that reservation and notify your assigned housekeeper that the cleaning is cancelled. This way your housekeeper doesn’t show up to your property unnecessarily. Automatebnb also updates the housekeeper if the reservation check out date changes.
Yes and no. We let you configure how you want our cleanings to be assigned for each property. If you set your property on “auto” assign mode, we will automatically assign and notify your assigned housekeeper. If you set your property to “manual” assignment mode, you will be in control of which housekeeper you want each cleanings to be assigned to.
We support automatic syncing from Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Hostaway, and Hostfully. If you would like a specific integration, feel free to request it to us by emailing [email protected].
Yes, you can add as many properties as you like under one account. Our simple ‘per property’ pricing will charge you for each property you add on a monthly interval.

You can cancel your automatebnb subscription at anytime. If you are in the middle of a billing cycle, we will simply prorate your account and refund you back for the rest of unused month.
To initiate the deletion of your personal information, your account will be placed into our internal deletion process.
Important Note: If you are currently subscribed to any of our paid services via your Apple iPhone, you will need to cancel those subscriptions through your device settings. We are unable to cancel subscriptions made through the Apple App Store on your behalf.
