Automatebnb is by far the quickest and easiest way to schedule a job with your pro.

Your property's name, address, cleaning job window, job description (or note), check-in, and check-out date are included in every job to which your pro is assigned to.

All you need to do is Invite and Assign a pro.

How to invite a new pro?

  1. Click on My Pros in top navigation bar.

  2. Click on Invite a pro button on the right side

  3. Enter First, Last and Phone number. Click Invite pro.

  4. You're done! Your pro will be notified via SMS with a unique link to sign up and start accepting jobs.

How to auto assign a pro all jobs for a property?

Only pros that have been invited to your account can be assigned to jobs. In order to auto assign a pro to all jobs for a specific property:

  1. Click on Properties in top navigation bar.

  2. Click on the property you wish to assign a pro

  3. Click on Job automation in the top navigation bar.

  4. Click on Assign pro.

  5. Select the pro you would like to assign and click Submit.

  6. You're done. All upcoming jobs that are synced from your linked calendars will automatically get sent to your assigned pro.
